MEI manufacture & supply Storage / Reactor vessel with all required accessories to our clients. We design the desired tanks understanding the application and consider the surrounding area to access erection, installation & maintenance activities. We expertise in mild steel and stainless-steel grade material fabrication of tanks& tank accessories like agitator shafts, blades, Bearing Housing, Agitator Mounting frames, dish end covers etc. We fabricate the tanks with help of CNC profile cutting machine, conventional bending machines, conventional welding machine involving process like ARC, TIG, MIG backed by highly skilled manpower team to achieve desired quality of tanks. We back our fabrication process by conducting raw-material inspection,geometry inspection (in-house)&Non-Destructive Test through NABL approved testing agency. We have facility to test fabricated tanks with hydraulic pressure and vaccum pressure as per client requirement.
Horizontal / Vertical Circular Storage Tanks with Conical or Dishend Covers
MEI design and manufacture Storage tanks as per customer requirement in both Horizontal or Vertical alignment application. These tanks can be fabricated with Conical or Dishend design. Rigid mounting frame is provided to erect these tanks safely for smooth operation and long life of tanks. We take care to provide sufficient nozzles to control feed, discharge & overflow of media, manholes to carry out routine maintenance, instrumentation fitting provision and any extra requirement as desired by client.
