We back our fabrication process by conducting raw-material inspection, geometry inspection (in-house) & Non-Destructive Test through NABL approved testing agency. Anode Stem Lifting Frame
This machine is used in Alumina Smelter to lift anode stem during smelting process as per process requirement. This machine is combination of various steel structures, plates, machined components, fabricates parts, studs, pneumatic cylinders, tie rods, etc.
Crucible Laddle
This equipment is used in heavy industries to transfer molten metal at high temperature from one place to another place generally from melting furnace to holding furnace. They are often used to hold metal while it is treated by degassing and/or fluxing. They are filled by tapping out a furnace or utilizing a metal transfer pump. Most transfer ladles require supporting steel shells and are lined with refractory, which can be a precast shape or cast in place. Due to extreme conditions in which the refractory is subjected, we manufactureladles to resistant thermal shock, cracks and erosion.
Media Sorting Machine
This is general sorting machine fabricated as per client requirement to sort mixed size solid media into separate bins. Media to be sorted in transferred in cylinder drum which is rotated at required speed and inside arrangement is done to discharge the media in designated bins. This machine will reduce human effort and time to sort the solid media.
