MEI can design, source, erect, install and commission up to 10m3 media handling pilot plant projects to its clients. We have experience in designing 3D model plant layout, drafting 2D drawings of individual equipments, preparing Bill of Material, P&ID, Process & Control Description as per project requirement. We integrate media processing equipments like Screw / Belt Conveyor, Ball Mill, Silo, Storage / Reactor tanks with media separation equipments like Filter Press machines to separate liquid and solid material. Scrubbing system can be integrated where toxic gases are to be controlled before releasing in open air. The entire process is controlled through DCS, HMI, SCADA via various field instruments, pumps, valves, pipeline, MCC & PLC panels.
Design
We design complete project right from inception to practical running of plant. We use latest drawing software to design the project. Our team is experienced in understanding client requirement, process and operation parameters to consider various important points to design the project for successful operation.
Sourcing
We source the equipments required in project from competent vendor to supply full fledge updated machinery. They provide full solution for designated process. Our vendors support us with installation activities to run the equipment as per technical requirement.
Erection
We have well equipped team to do complete erection of all equipments on-site. Our team is experienced in all activities following stringent safety measures. We have latest tools and tackles for safes erection of equipments.
Installation & Commissioning
Our dedicated supervisor team assist to successful install and commission as per project requirement. Trial runs are carried-out before hand over the project to client. We ensure all equipments are installed as per design and safety norms. We train operator to operate the equipments as instructed by supplier. We provide O&M manuals for smooth operation and address issues during maintenance.
Plant Operation
We provide service to run the plant. We train our team to operate the equipments and also carry-out schedule maintenance activities as per requirement. We field safety engineer to observe safety precautions are being carried out for operation of plant equipments. We train our team to keep surrounding environment clean.
Annual Maintenance
We provide annual maintenance for preventive and breakdown situations. We team is quick & responsive to attend schedule maintenance in critical and emergency situation.
