Analytical Lab Equipments

MEI has vast experience in manufacturing Analytical Laboratory equipments. These equipments are used to test Bauxite samples having following features:

  • dealing with high-pressure digestors operating with heating arrangements up to 300 Deg C,
  • pressure up to 50 kg / cm2
  • having various accessories like high pressure relief valve, magnetic leak proof stirrer arrangement, water cooling jacket,
  • step up / set down temperature controller wrt time,
  • automation valves to control flow of media,
  • high quality pressure transducers to control the desired pressure in digestor vessel,
  • safety tank to absorb excess pressure
  • machines are tuned & tested to achieve accuracy within +/- 2 Deg C.

These machines are manufactured with high precision tolerance keeping in mind user friendly interface, easy handling during operation and quick maintenance. MEI has developed resource to procure latest technology electric panels to operate the machines. We provide Annual Maintenance service with scheduled activity in service level agreement for preventive and breakdown scenario.

Rotary Water Bath Equipment

This is a laboratory equipment that is used to incubate samples at a constant temperature over a long period of time. Water bath is a preferred heat source for heating flammable chemicals instead of an open flame to prevent ignition. The other areas of its utilizations include warming of reagents, melting of substrates. The water bath is a robust and reliable equipment with an easy to clean stainless steel tank and sturdy metal outer case. The heating element is located inside the tank to facilitate rapid warm-up and responsive heating. The types of water bath are circulating water baths, non-circulating water baths, and shaking water baths.
